Kyle Clay Richards

Kyle was born and raised in Idaho Falls, where he graduated from Bonneville High School in 2008, a classmate with two other board members - Casey Wayne and Megan Gazda. He has zero acting experience but pursued his creative passion at the University of Idaho in Moscow, where he earned a BFA in Studio Art & Design with emphasis in Graphic Design (and a minor in architecture, for what it’s worth). During his undergrad, he also developed a passion for building websites, so he’s been practicing graphic design focused on web design since earning his degree in 2014.

He attended his first ARTI performance in 2020 and was blown away by the mature dinner theater experience. He felt that the ARTI added a much-needed flair of diversity to the Eastern Idaho entertainment scene, so he got season tickets and never looked back. When the board approached him to design the posters for the 2022-2023 season, it was a no-brainer. Clue, Lifespan of a Fact, In the Next Room, Dial M for Murder, A Little Murder Never Hurt Anybody, and Sealed for Freshness are some of his personal favorite poster designs from the last few seasons.

Kyle was invited to join the ARTI’s board of directors at the start of the 2025-2026 season. He still designs posters for each production, but he also helps maintain and improve the website and looks forward to generating more engagement on social media with creative promos for future productions.
